MEET LUKE PAJER
As a kid growing up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; my life was all hockey. In addition to playing hockey, I would coach during the summers and work in the pro shop during the hockey season sharpening skates and selling equipment. The reason why I started Pajer Hockey development is a simple one – I love the game and want to share what I have learned over the last 25 years with everyone and anyone willing to listen.

Our mission is to promote hockey fundamentals, while inspiring players of all ages to push past their limits. To achieve this, we develop content that will educate anybody at any level on the game of Hockey. As the game of hockey continues to evolve, we make it a point to drive innovation of the game by pushing the boundaries of what is possible to achieve on the ice.
